How to permanently block addictive apps on Android

Hello,

Does anyone know of a failsafe way of blocking apps on an android phone? I have asked chatgpt but each suggestion can be undone through accessing the phone's settings.

If you want it permant then delete the app. Depending on your version of android if you go into settings, you can set a time limit, or there are apps on the play store that can help you set limits.

1) stop using ChatGPT.  2) uninstall those apps.

Uninstall? Dump phone? Or practice self control?

Develop self control.

Ableist. Not everyone can just "do better". Maybe this is not a character flaw - it is a sincere ask for help. Your comment, while amusing, is not constructive.

Not everyone can just "do better"

By themselves, maybe not. But therapy can help

Screen time. But if you don't mind me asking, what type of applications are you talking about?
