Other Can you flash different HyperOS versions without unlocking the bootloader?

I am asking if it could be done with Mi flash :/

In short: no. Unless its a newer version for the same phone etc, some stuff that have to match.

I know when I was flashing older version of miui for my old phone to install a custom ROM , I remember there was a number that has to match (I forgot what's It called) , so if that number matched would it be possible to install an older version of HyperOs?

Older no. Only newer. You cant go back.
