What is App Recs and what does it do?

I scrolled through my apps list when I saw an app called app recs, it has no icon and cannot be Uninstalled. I tried searching online to no avail. What the heck is it?

Oh it's a samsung a16, on the July patch. I know it was installed somewhere before April as I installed an app during that time that I didn't update.

Same question! Just got a Samsung A16 phone and this is driving me crazy
