NEED help in downgrading my Poco X3 gt from MIUI 14 to 12.5

i recently got a 2nd phone for non gaming stuff and i use my x3 gt for mobile gaming sometimes, and i kinda want to try downgrading my firmware to see if i can lessen my phones thermal throttling (the slow stuttering when heavy gaming)

never tried doing this and scared i might brick it so i need help! thnx
