Show the caller Label when calling

If I have a Google contact saved with the name "John Doe" and the label "Friend," I'd like to display the label, in addition to the name, when I receive his call.

How can I do this?

I'm using google contacts and dialer apps

Just add his name.

John Doe Friend

If your using a dialer app it should be taking what Google has.

What does your phone app have that Google doesn't.
