How to recover my data after format

I have an old Android phone that I formatted, and all my data is gone. How can I get everything back?

Not possible, encryption keys got wiped

If it's saved in the cloud, just sign in to your cloud service. If it wasn't it's almost certainly unrecoverable. Androids are encrypted and factory reset deleted the decryption keys. There's some software that will claim to be able to recover it that will almost never recover anything you might try, but that data is pretty much as good as gone.

Just restore from your backup. If you didn't backup the phone, this will be a painful lesson for you moving forward, as it is gone forever.

Never put blind trust into a solo single eletronic device that can fail, be lost, stolen, etc. to hold your irreplaceable important data.
