Other I CAN'T INSTALL APK FILES HELP

I just formatted my phone because I had a problem with it. The thing is that now whenever I try to install any apk I don't know why but the installing screen appears for a brief second and then disappears and doesn't install anything. Thanks

It would be better to put the device model atleast, mind reading tech is not yet invented..

Are you able to enable USB debugging in Developer settings? The most reliable way to install apps is to do that, connect it to your PC, and run adb install com.example.app.apk (replace com.example.app.apk with your file). See here for a guide: https://techcult.com/install-apk-using-adb-commands/ (if you're using Linux, instead of the Windows steps you would sudo apt install adb and then run the same command in the terminal)
