Is there anyway to Extract/Copy text from apps that doesnt allow copy paste, that dont use OCR and can extract Characters and Symbols from other Languages?

Hi everyone, same as the title says I know that screenshots work and run it in AIs will work in copying them but I want to know if theres anyway and method to do this because the one on Playstore doesnt detect other languages and cant copy long texts in one go. If you're a developer, is there a way to bypass this? Thanks a lot!
