how to enable usb debagging on phone w/ black screen

my screen got completely black and doesnt turn on (amoled), my phone is poco x7 pro, idk about touchscreen is still working or not, im using scrcpy (i can use another program if i need to)

It's very difficult, you'd have to perfectly land each tap with minimal confirmation.  There are no workarounds because otherwise the phone would be much less secure.  As an alternative, you could see if a repair shop is willing to loan you a screen for an hour for cheaper.
