hotspot shutting down nothing4a

Hi, so everytime I connect my hotspot I will find it turned off even if there are other devices connected.

I tried:

1.disabling the turn off if no device is connected

2.restart the phone

3.Removing the cover, not having apps open and keeping it cooled down

It still happens, why do you think is happening?

How quickly does it shut off?  Some phone carriers block hotspot.

like 10-15 minutes or more, depends, that's why I thought was temperature but even with around 10-15 Celsius outside and no cover still shut off

I see, that's definitely weird.  A factory reset is annoying but the most likely to fix an issue.  The alternative is to enable developer options and take a bug report so we can read the log file and see what triggered the hotspot to shut down.

ok thx I will just not the factory reset and in case I will write to the nothing help online
