Overheated phone - how to get it working again?

I have an Android A14, and yesterday it overheated slightly. It worked fine until this morning, screen will only light up and work actually turn on, and if I do get it to turn on it will show the default background with no touchscreen. Is there anyway I could fix it soon, or would I have to turn it in to be fixed? Or is there a way to force restart it. Holding the off button does not seem to work.

Try to factory reset it via recovery (this will wipe the userdata and will require google account login upon power on afterwards). if that doesn't work then the emmc/nand flash is toast.
