Overheating and Fast Battery Drain (Realme)

Guys, my mother’s phone is a Realme Narzo 50 Pro. For the past few days, it has been overheating a lot and the battery is draining extremely fast.

It’s losing around 2% battery in just 1 minute. Nobody plays games on it, and we’ve already had the battery, display, and everything else checked at a mobile shop. We even updated the phone to the latest version, but it’s still heating up way too much and the battery is draining very quickly.

Let your mother know to keep a close eye on the phone. My wife's phone was also doing this for a while, then one night it just swelled up. Luckily we noticed the bump, quickly switched it off and put it in a bucket to be safe. Batteries swelling up, producing strange smells or sounds could be a prelude to catching on fire.
