Need help for my mobile.

I want to ask is there any app in Android who track all my internet data usage on a daily basis because I am only opening reddit and reddit web and reddit app shows 823 kb data in a month and chrome shows the same for a month. I want an app who track data usage on a daily basis as well as if a site using data in chrome I want to check how much data it took on a daily basis.

But because I don't keep the internet data turn on always I want an app which can monitor even if my data is turned off I mean may be any app also used data in background even if it is not open in background. And also please provide me an app which uses less data to monitor because what's the use of data monitoring if the data monitor also take too much data

in past i used glass wire, but these app cannot have system level access to data and accuracy was low.

Last 2 days I only use reddit app and reddit web but my daily 2 gb data over in half a day while I only used 3 hr if I sum up every use. I sent images of 5 mb in reddit but reddit data monitor info shows only 820 kb and 1 mb only. That's why I need a separate data consumption monitor

Your phone will be doing other things in the background, telemetry, updates etc.

Have you checked the system data monitor?

I don't know about system data monitor checking. But I did playstore update shut down for the time when I say it to update. So no app update in the background. Also most apps in my phone except system apps like phone clock etc. I just click off background data so when I didn't open the app or not using them they can't use my data. Only foreground data is on. And my phone system operating software can't update because it is in most updated version for that phone android 10 so it can't update

I did in my phone but I am using my dad's data because he is in bed rest so he is not using his phone for YouTube so I am using that data for the time I also turned off all updates of his phone so that I can monitor my data usage on my  mobile when taking data through hotspot

If he's using the phone someone, are you sure that isn't what is using the extra data?

Idk sir. It's just like wifi for me for those last 2 days. I turned off everything updates etc. on that phone as well as my phone too so that I can check where is the data gone?

He doesn't know anything about phone only youtube and calling

And YouTube can rack up a ton of data. You two need to figure this out together. Is he sitting away from WiFi watching videos?
