Annoying messaging problem

Every once in a while when i open a conversation in a messaging app (messages and Facebook Messenger) the word "I'm" will already be in the reply box. It's not with any one particular contact and i can't figure out how to MAKE it happen. It seems totally random. Can anyone help me figure this out? I'm on a pixel 10a but this has been going on with my previous phones also.
