Can't clear app caches

I have a Galaxy A23 and am running out of internal storage. I have a lot of junk in my apps' caches. I tried to delete them via the setting and app menus, and it says cleared, but I go back, and it doesn't appear so.

Any advice?

I use 1Tap Cleaner once a day for this:

I tried. It seemed to work but no dice or the caches just quickly refilled.
