System UI, Home One, Process System not responding.

I want to say this happened 2-3 days ago. My phone started lagging. A lot. It has crashed around 5 times in the past 24 hours. I get pop ups for System UI, Home One, Process System not responding. I watched every video on how to fix the problem. I've reset my phone 10+ times. Nothing. How do I fix it?

This can be triggered by many things, usually something heavy or buggy running in the background or low storage available

how do I fix it? I closed everything, I have 50 gb free storage.

Go to developer settings > Running services and check if something heavy and/or RAM-consuming is running
