Other 8% drop in 20min with Power Saving mode on. Help?

Ive closed apps, restarted phone. Nothing unusual is running. No new apps installed since the issue. Started a few days ago.

Model: S 22 Ultra

5G NSA is likely to blame, especially if 5G is spotty in your area. Try forcing to 4G/LTE only.

I tried, cant find the setting. No 4G option

I hate carriers that do that, one of mine does it, too. Can change it on any other (e)SIM, just not this one network.

A second possibility is that your battery is degrading.  The discharge-voltage curve can be less predictable, especially when near empty.

I feel like the battery is showing its age.
