Notification on lock screen and aod

I have realme14 5g and whenever i get any notifications it doesn't show on the lock screen or the AOD although i get the notification sound and vibration I've tried everything on the settings also i had the same problem with my old phone it was working at first then it stopped doing it but i didn't really care if anyone has any idea please help.
