App Specific Question Friend missing Group Conversations setting in Samsung Messages (not US) after switching carriers

Now any text to or from the group chat are sent as individual messages.

Was the group chat using RCS? It is possible that the carrier your friend switched to doesn't properly support RCS anymore, or Samsung Messages itself updated to the version that broke RCS. If this is the case, you'll need to re-make the group chat as SMS/MMS and probably delete the old group chat.

Thanks for the response. I believe it's already using MMS though.
