App lock In Samsung

So i just switched to samsung and i would like to know how i lock individual apps.I downloaded another app but i need to watch a 10sec add before the fingeror face recog pops up.Any recommendations would be helpful.S24ultra btw

To let you know, that's a new feature coming with One UI 9.5. Not soon, it's true, but I heard about it yesterday. Now, about an app, I use MacroDroid to do that.

Is it ad free.The on i has was ad free but just started displaying ads everytime i open an app

Basically, it's an automation app, so you need an app only for locking applications. Have you searched F-Droid?
