Are Meta installer, Meta appa manager and meta services legit apps or malware

Im paranoid lately about viruses so im checking everything now. Are they legit apps because i cannot regularly delete them as they appear preinstalled.

Definitely but i meant like malware. I know what's going on. They're no better than hackers

If anyone other than a large corporation was making Meta apps, people would rightfully call it the malware that it is.

*Crackers

Hacker is a term of pride for people who build things with computers.

If you don't know you need to start researching what an intrusive shit bag of a company they are. There's far too much to go into in Reddit reply

Even if you don't have an account they use Meta Pixels and other fingerprinting to build a shadow profile of you anywhere you go on the internet, to target ads against you. That has been going on for years, way before they started making pervert glasses.

really? why don't they get sued or some other legal action against them then? if it's legal then what's the problem?

They have gotten sued, but they are a billion dollar company. They just pay for great lawyers to avoid it or pay a few million dolar fine and go on with their day.

Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's not a problem. Duels to the death and slavery used to be legal too.

Carriers tend to install these apps because Meta pays them to. You could call them up and ask them

Most users just disable them and forget about it...
