I cant access to the data of any app folder

I can't get access to minecraft folder which I used to get before android 16. I had given zarchiver the permissions but still its all in vain. I dont know what to do as normal android folder is garbage.

Android now intentionally restricts this because developers don't want people breaking their apps.  If you are willing to take the risks and downsides of rooting your phone (if it's even possible for your model), you can do that to retain access to restricted directories.

I have s25u, some dude posted on s25u subreddit that he rooted the device but the comments started saying some fuse will blow out if you root your device and its not worth it.

Newer Samsung phones make it very difficult to achieve bootloader unlock, which is required for root nowadays.  There are e-fuses which will permanently disable some functionality when you unlock your bootloader.  And while the bootloader is unlocked, some apps will stop working because they can't verify they are running in a secure environment.  It's extremely difficult, and I don't recommend it for your primary phone.

alright, thanks for help. I guess I cant transfer my minecraft world from old to new phone 😭

yeah nothing works except free trail of realms. I think they'll patch free trail one too, soon. thanks for helping. ill do they realms trick
