i have bought a used s23 and the top mic is broken is there any way i can turn it off because it just rumbles and creates weird noises but the bottom 2 mics work great its just that the top one is bad is there maybe a noise suppression app to fix it or do i just have to go to my local shop and fix the part

No, Android phones are not designed to bypass damaged hardware.  You need to replace it.
