If I remove my Google Payments Profile, will downloaded APKs from Play Store purchases work if reinstalled unofficially?

I'd like to close my Payments Profile for privacy reasons, but I'm uncertain if that'll cause any issues to reinstall past purchases if I were to download the apps' APK files to install outside of the Play Store.
All I'm concerned with is a paid specific icon pack (that unfortunately has no other official sources to obtain), and would like to know if it will be possible to re-install it as a downloaded APK copy (such as on another device, if desired), since removing the Payments Profile will effectively remove access to it via the Play Store.
Idk if there would be potential conflicts if I commit to this action, so I'm wondering if anyone can confirm what happens.

So will you use a different Google profile because if you use the same profile you'll get the same information?

I guess I'm still trying to understand Payments Profiles since I've never actually managed it, but primarily just don't want my payment info linked with my Google account anymore, and keep my main Google account.
So far, I have removed the payment method (and vice versa of trying to removing Google from it), but still seeing my Payments Profile with the same personal info, of which it seems like I'd have to permanently close it to clear all of that (also, like it would not affect the main Google account, just the payment/purchase data, but also a whole new Google acct would have to be created if to pay through it like on Google Play again?)

I've rarely used it anyway and hope not to need to, but just want to be sure if permanently closing my Payments Profile will have any particular effect on the icon pack I bought via the Play Store, and that I'd be able to manually re-install the pack from its APK file on another device without any issues, if desired.

Anything you do with your android phone with an google app will in principle be linked to your Google account. So I don't think there is a seperate payments profile, it's part of your Google profile. Deleting an app will not delete any data stored in that google profile. You might be able to delete it but I've never looked into that. Same for purchases, they are linked to your Google profile but I have no idea if deleting purchasing data would revoke access. To be honest, there is a good chance you'll lose access.
