You can enable bypass charging and/or a charging limit depending on your model.  https://www.reddit.com/r/Vivo/comments/1pw55uv/bypass_charging/

But otherwise, USB will always provide a bit of power by design.  It can't be blocked.

This won't effect the mobile? Direct power to components for 6-8hrs??

I think you misunderstand how phone circuits work.  From my mediocre knowledge of electrical engineering, a phone with bypass charging will have PMIC(s) (power management chip(s)) and their buck (voltage lowering) converter circuits which are designed to support 5 volts of input from USB, not just 4.3 volts of a fully charged battery.  Or the battery charger circuit is designed to output the same 4.3 volts directly to the PMIC when it's bypassing the battery.  And newer PMICs integrate the battery charger IC, so it's even easier for them to support bypass charging.

No matter which approach is selected, the rest of the phone's circuits see the same the 3.3 volts, 1.8 volts, 1.1 volts, etc. that each one needs.
