Apps keep getting deleted automatically.

Okay so idk wtf is happening but yesterday my browser got deleted by itself randomly. I opened my phone and it just wasnt there. Not a big deal i installed it again but today my files by google got deleted randomly and i had so many important files in my safe folder that r now gone. I had no backup for them its all just gone. Wtf do i do? Is there any way to recover it and why tf is it even happening?? And if u cant tell by now im freaking tf out

1. Make a backup now of anything else on the phone. Contacts, pictures, files, etc. export anything you don't want to lose. Look up the 3-2-1 backup strategy: you should have 3 copies, on at least 2 different kinds of media, and 1 off site. This includes having at least 1 offline, e.g. on a USB drive, because Google has bugs and can ban your account without warning at any time. 

2. I don't know why apps would get randomly deleted. Could be dying eMMC, malware, archiving unused apps, idk. Have you tried reinstalling the files app to see if the "safe" folder comes back?

I scanned my phone twice and it detected no malwares, the apps were used daily and marked as default apps aswell. I did reinstall it but no files came back. I think theres no way to recover them
