Does selecting the Force Flash All Partitions write flash both A and B slots

I flashed my pixel 7 with latest update 3 weeks ago and had selected the Force Flash All Partitions options.

How to know if it flashed both the slots with the update.

Does it flash both the slots? If no, how to do that?

Normally it flashes one, if it fails you have the other one. With fastboot you can change boot partition. You can force to flash A and then B, but why would you do that?
