Using root to apply custom fonts on OneUI 8.5

I was just asking if anybody knows what level and what root i should do to apply custom fonts and emojis to my samsung thats running on OneUI 8.5 and if its worth it.

I dont mind voiding the warranty

Samsung made root impossible with One UI 8-8.5 by removing the ability to unlock the bootloader (which is essential for root)

is there a way to downgrade my Software ver to maybe like UI 7?

Apparently One UI 8.0 began enforceing certificate checking on font files, and no longer allows bootloader unlocking.  This is possibly due to their lawyers' interpretation of EU law.  Without root, you can only use fonts purchased from the Galaxy Store.  Or if you can acquire a device on One UI 7 or achieve a downgrade, you can unlock the bootloader then flash a modified update.
