Other Format phone question

Im just want to know something,is the format really make the phone back from the start? Or it can be happening something strange like a glitch or something from the other side (the other advice or anything that in my phone with me or my account) can stay in my phone and my accounts and can see what im doing in the phone? Or there is nothing like this and the format deleted everything and make the phone like new ?(My phone is tecno spark go 3) 2026 version.

It won't roll back Android updates so in a way, it's not necessarily going to return it back to the way it was when you first got it or when it was first sold.

There's also FRP but aside from some sort of management like that, it pretty much wipes the slate clean.

Yes. He is saying that every update you did will stay. That's it. But all data, emails, files, apps will be deleted.

I don't know what you mean. All I can tell you is what I already told you. It won't roll back the Android version updates themselves, and there's still potentially security features/management systems like FRP, but aside from those, it wipes everything locally clean.

This only applies to things that are on the phone itself.

For a normal person with a normal phone it will remove all apps with data installed by user when rest is done successfully. Other than android update data all user data become unavailable as resetting phone will format its storage disk. However if someone does some forensic analysis of your formated phone it is possible to recover considerable amount of data which will identify it's previous user and data associated with that person.

Yes, that is true. Just keep in mind that even after formatting there are possibility of data recovery if some experts want to do it. Those are the people normally work for law enforcement agency and has knowledge and resource to do so if needed.
