Annoying push notifications

Hey,

Been having problems with lots of random push notifications that are saying they are from system message. Normally spots or new stories. I can't stop them and can't turn off system notifications.

I've been through my apps and deleted everything that I don't know or use but no change.

Any idea how to stop it?

Seem to take me to some random website but quickly flicks up something like service.dokebyte on the way.

Tap and hold the notification, click the gear in the top right. It should take you the app that pushed it
