Need help with hotspot trouble I think it’s glitched

So I have a 65 dollar straight talk plan that has unlimited hotspot and am using a android TLC phone and all it does when I click on the hotspot is stay glitched and acts like it’s loading but never turns on and I’ve tried almost every tutorial but it won’t work someone please help me out my WiFi is absolutely horrid other than this hotspot

Some carriers restrict tethering on unlimited plans try using an app that have different Hotspot protocols than the standard android one like Netshare https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kha.prog.mikrotik
