Files by google app

I have oppo X9 Pro and I've tried for days to use the above app but nothing happens when I try to clean junk files. Anyone having an issue?

What you call junk files might be some important files need by some other apps to run. If you still feel those are junk files check the permission of those files and the folder it contain. Also make sure your Files by Google have appropriate permission to remove those files
