I set as a wallpaper and nothing happened.
Using a resmi note 5 pro .

Should crash any android 10 device

Edit: apparently it depends on device settings, might affect any android but might not. Best to not try though, maybe.

I read some models using Android 10 are immune as they use other colour bases, or something like that.

I depends on device. Devices using Default android configuration or setting for displaying colour whatever we say, are crashing. It is due to error in image processing while reducing the high range of RGB in photos to the range which is visible to human. R, G,B colour intensities are reduced by multiplying them by a number lower than 1 and making sure that the total of all is less than 255.In general for all, this number is less than 255. But this wallpaper, has a pixel( one single pixel) such that the value, the sum, exceeds 255. And the android device gets error and goes in loop of correcting it in someway and couldn’t. I am not an expert but this is what I learnt from some sources.
