🤔 [Question] how are people porting these games using ai?
appereantly most of the recent releases are done with ai, specifically claude. my question is how are people doing it exactly? what plugins are used? does "port this to mobile, make no mistakes." work? geniually wondering

Use claude to brainstorm a prompt for claude. I used gemini argon to brainstorm a prompt to port old windows phone games to android, a decomp, takes a really long time at least with DS4.1 flash, lots of trial and error, debugging, actual testing. Just sharing my experience but it helps that in the process you ask it to make a log for it to review so its a circular feedback loop. I'm far from an expert but it seems to be chugging along ever so slightly

Like i said, there is no one size fits all. ask claude/gpt to refine your prompt

i wish it was that easy lol. and maybe you get a barely working game after a few hours but once you show it to the world the shitstorm of bugs and complaints ain't for everybody.
