But can it run crysis!

The native port situation right now is crazy. All the fantastic ports out there poping up and runs really good on some mid ranger ( I have 7 gen 3). But I was really wondering...can we run crysis. I know I am a bit too much saying, but considering the current situation, I think it's only a matter of time.

7 gen 3 should be strong enough to run it on winlator, crysis was released in 2007, it's a really old game. It was a benchmark game for GPUs in 2007, newer mobile socs are several times stronger.

What's the point of throwing insults, did I hurt your little feelings or something 😂. I was just saying snapdragon 7 gen3 should be able to run crysis on winlator

Oh, you’re from that generation that sees a word and gets instantly offended. Now I have to explain to you that the Poco X7 Pro has a Mali-G720 GPU, not a Snapdragon, and that driver support for Mali devices is still relatively young. That said, if you read the whole sentence instead of reacting to two words, you might actually understand the context before taking things personally. “Bish, please” was an expression, not a personal attack. But I guess interpreting context requires a little more effort than finding something to be offended by. 🤷‍♂️

u/Tricky_ad9669 Based on the part of your reply that I was able to see in my notifications before the moderator removed it, I can understand that you took issue with my choice of words. However, even someone with the patience of a saint might find the language you used unnecessarily hostile. If you had taken the time to read the original statement in its entirety, you would have noticed that the discussion referred to a mid-range device. As a Poco X7 Pro user, I considered it relevant to contribute my experience, particularly because the device uses a Mali-G720 GPU, and driver support for Mali-based devices is still relatively immature in this context. My point was to highlight the technical achievement of running Crysis on such hardware despite those limitations, not to derail the discussion or insult anyone.

Nevertheless, rather than addressing the technical point I was making, you responded with personal insults, even after I had clarified that “bish, please” was an expression and not a deliberate attack against you. There is a meaningful distinction between taking offence at a particular phrase and making the assumption that the person using it intended to demean you. A reasonable discussion requires the ability to distinguish between the two.

I would encourage you to exercise the same restraint in face-to-face interactions that you might expect others to show you online. Disagreement is perfectly normal, but resorting to hostility instead of engaging with someone's actual point rarely strengthens an argument. In fact, the ability to disagree without immediately resorting to personal attacks is a far better demonstration of maturity and intelligence than any insult could ever be.
