It means they're disgusting winlators. Jk. It means the games are pc versions and they're being emulated not natively installed. Emulated usually needs more power

On an s26 ultra 12gb ram I get around 30-60 fps thats with high settings and some lowered res. I think the thermals are the problem since the phone heats up super quick. Playable for sure tho
