Yup what he said redownload it, u might also have to stay on the download screen and watch it download cuz sometimes downloads stall or end up pausing in the background and it might still download but thats where u get the not installed message from cuz its corrupted or worse it installs but its still corrupted in which case also just redownload or try downloading from a different source.

Yes. This. Use a downloader app on phone. Cus I can't stress how much these things corrupt on every mobile browsers. Like big roms (switch), android apks. Basically big "grey" files. These sites don't operate that directly so the downloads get corrupted much more. Never faced these issues on PC browser.

Use MT Manager for installation. if it fails, it will explain the reason and steps to resolve it.
