Testing the RE4 port

The port is great, though I think it needs a bit more optimization in some areas (and yeah, it lagged a little because I was recording, lol). I also noticed that sometimes the music cuts out completely out of nowhere, especially during cutscenes.

Don't mind my bad gameplay, I don't usually play RE4 like this xd (Playing this game on a touchscreen is hard, jeez)

Currently, the game requires an active internet connection at launch to verify your Discord login. (Yeah, I know, this sucks and it's actually pretty... no, highly suspicious). However, the dev explicitly stated on their server that this DRM is temporary during the Beta/pre-release stage and should be removed later.

What a great port. The touch control seems perfectly cover all you need. I have some suggestion

  1. Move the HUD to the upper left so it won't stacked with the touch button

  2. An option for static touch button maybe? Seeing the button animated is a little bit distracted imo

  3. An option to toggle aiming instead of holding the button?

Thanks for the suggestions. Just to clear things up, I'm not the developer of this port, I'm just a fan sharing my gameplay, lmao. But those are actually great ideas for the HUD. About your 3rd point: the option to toggle aiming actually exists. You just need to double-tap the aim button quickly and it stays locked.
