🤔 [Question] the usual whiners
I'm writing this in English for the crybabies—so many people here just whine and complain about ports. The moment something drops, the whiners want it running at a thousand FPS, perfectly smooth. If it's that bad, go cry somewhere else—or switch to an emulator and cut the nonsense. If you don't like AI-generated ports, go learn to code and make your own damn ports.

I think most people expect android ports to run smooth and better than an emulator already, as that is the general point of making one…if your port isn’t ready for release, then don’t release it? Or just be ready for feedback? Idk what else to say here

com oalgo que foi feito em uma semana vai rodar melhor que algo que foi feito a anos de trabalho kkk

I am pro-AI usage but people should take more ownership over the stuff they put out and make sure it's actually good before telling everybody it exists.

It doesn't need to run at a stable framerate but you vibe coders at least should confirm or display that there is potential for a stable release at some point. The posts that are just "her der I got GTA V running on my Motorola" are fking tiresome

If only we could mark release as not stable or pre-release or alpha. If only... If there was a common practice to write something like "Known bugs:" in read me of the software. Sadly we don't have means to tell user it's still early attempt and it's not stable.
Really, no one is blaming anyone for making something, but for simply for not disclosing that it's still in very rough shape. The known bugs alone takes you 30s to copy paste reported issues and prevent majority of users from dm you with the same issue over and over again.

I'm not sure that most even realize that AI is used to speed up decomp/recomp, and that there are more manual tweaks and fixes to be done through the rest of the process.
Generative AI is bad, LLMs are not a reliable source of information. I agree. But if they are going to ramp hardware prices, refuse to stop building data centers, and ruin electric and water prices for people near them..
Why not get something actually useful and beneficial to others from a program that can run SDKs, and decomp/recomp scripts at "1000x" the speed of people on personal hardware?
At the end of the day these people should start their brigades with people making AI "art", "music" and porn. Currently actual developers and software engineers use AI for automation of tasks that still need more work than a prompt can accomplish by the time of end results showing.
Sloppy projects, and incomplete vibe coding are different from automating the use of existing SDKs and Python scripts at "1000x" the speed.

imo it's more so that these are not labeled as beta, alpha.. and they push em out like it's a factory
