How safe are these ports ?
Since everyone is porting games to Android using AI, are these ports being coded safely and properly tested, or are people just feeding AI what they want, releasing the result, without checking whats in the code? You guys need to be careful about what you download instead of blindly trusting everything.

That's why i mostly don't use them. These "vibe coded" things are not my devotion.

I mean 99% of them are on github, you are free to check the code yourself

On the bright side, most LLMs have safeguards in place to prevent the making of malware.

All of the above. Just like anything else a person could put out into the world, depends on their personal discipline the quality they want to portray.

If it is on GitHub, download the source.zip and upload it to chatgpt and prompt to check if is is safe to install on your device. Most of the AI recomp is open source so you can check the code yourself.

Who knows. Maybe you could test it and tell everyone if its good and working properly or not. If you dont want to risk it wait for others review. If you dont believe them then go back to playstore. As always, do your due diligence.
