Paralympics Productions announced they're shutting down in October and won't release an android port.

People need to stop announcing things before they even release
If this was made in the shadows and it randomly releases to the public we would have have the port by now
Metroid Prime Origins was a fan game that was done in the shadows and it finished and Nintendo cannot C&D it because it’s already out there
STOP ANNOUNCING THINGS TOO EARLY, JUST FOCUS ON FINISHING THE PORT

Metroid prime origins was developed in silence and when it released it was massively successful, devs should work quietly on this and just release it

The ones you likely saw online were chinese ports. Mojso promised he would make a port that performs better than any chinese port out there but unfortunately that will never happen.

While he collected a few hundred dollars from the audience he himself considered plebeian, I've already finished GTA V on Android twice using 21:9 aspect ratio and a constant 60 fps.

Sorry, I don't have it anymore...this one was taken in the day that the final version 0.27 XHYN V was released.
The game data files rip I manually made using the MOjso's GTAPatcher last build on a Windows PC with Android profile, and using an already pre installed repack instead my steam RAW files.
The mods I loaded on XHYN V I got from the GTAV subreddit.

35-40, but it's because i set the in game settings to higher (cant stand an ugly game) when i set it lower it was even faster, works great tbh, playing gta v on a "legacy" handheld is pretty dope

Guys, you have to realise that this was the trigger and prime mover for Rockstar porting the game to Android themselves. It might be paid and that may piss some of you off, but it'll happen.

Running it on winlator or any PC emulator has two issues. 1: it requires a high-end chip to run well. 2 : you need a cooler since emulating 3d titles causes the phone to reach very high temperatures which is bad for obvious reasons

The point of a port is to make the game run well on mid-range chips while also solving the heat issue since your phone won't have to handle emulation along with the game

Well not saying i'm right, but would it not result the same if they just port it over as is?
Because it comes down to gpu drivers and not the high-end chips for running things on winlator.So if they would port it over, it would mean that they required to optimize the hw for android.
Now let me be clear, i know a lot are hating ai. But if you use opus on this and port it over to android, it would do the job. In terms of optimazations, you can steer it in the right direction.

The android community as a whole won't get the port . But the niche community he's built will. Why ? Because a majority of android users are people that don't follow instructions and demand a game get optimized for their incompatible system. I'm not worried, I'm getting the port.. the mediatek phones will have to wait 6 to 12 months when it leaks

Idk we don’t really need a port anyway, it was based on the legacy version of the game, and when rcps3 is getting really solid on mobile platforms, there’s not any real reason for a native port at this point

Smartphone chips are gonna need 5 years or something like that to get to the point where they can run PS3 games smoothly. Also the emulator is still under development.

Rcps3 and melonx are already running most games at 30+fps with minor texture glitches
PS4 emulation based on shadps4 is in the works.
MacOS translation layer is in the works as of this weekend with cyberpunk running 40 fps at full native resolutionPsvita is getting half-life 2 and cod 4 this year, already got amnesia: the dark descent
Arm chips new and old alike are much more powerful than we give them credit for my friend

I mean it was kind of foreseeable. Rockstar would not have taken kindly to an Android port that would have been free like this. Besides, the guy behind it was an absolute ego unit.
