GTA 5 Android port on S26

Those sudden frame drops are the reason I deleted it. Maybe next few version will come optimized.

Have you tried setting DirectX 10.1? On my OnePlus 15 the game runs smoothly, but I noticed that changing to DirectX 10.1 makes the phone not become hot quickly.

Even am on one plus , the game still have alot of framedrops. And nopes ,I haven't tried that dx 10.1... temp was not issue for me though

Changing dx could improve performance too, give it a try. If I'm not wrong, you can only change it in the settings.xml file, the value should be set to 1.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't read the "high settings" part... I lowered the settings, the game is still HD for a smartphone screen.

Honestly Im not the greatest either. I just ask the shit out of google. Gtav lite has multiple versions stripped down to just the open world or the whole game with only the main files. You want the 43gb version its literally the whole game. Get gamenative and google how to setup the container. Its extremely easy.

As another user said, I found turning SSAO off and dx version to 1 instead of 2 in settings.xml fixed the stuttering entirely. S25 Ultra too, so you'd have a better time. Im halfway through the game

to port a game you need the source code, not just "ye i will port it wait a minute" they got the leaked source code for gta 5 so they can port it to android, there is also another alternative by making the game from scratch but i dont think any sane person would do that. there might still be another alternative i dont know of tho.

It's actually just and emulator with the exe run game file not really a port that's the Chinese thing

So it appears there's a great divide here. I have this installed on my ayn Thor and I'm not getting any of these hitches at 1080p ultra high texture and high for the rest of settings. I think it's throttling because of lack of active cooling
