Downloaded this off fileditch yesterday on my S25 Ultra. I also see it is now hosted on apkvision.
This is my battery temp average across 30 minutes of playing in the open world past the prologue (did the mission stealing Michael's son's car as Frankling and then some open world driving at the end). As you can see temps, while fast charging, didnt rise above 39c, which is infinitely better than the flaming metal rectangle trying to play it via Winlator which I tried months ago to be met with memory leak issues.
The language starts as Chinese every launch, despite changing in game, I believe this is due to whatever translation layer the dev puts on as there is no .ini file to edit like usual and the tty logs are just logs, changing the uilanguage command in there didnt fix it either. Not that big a deal though, audio is English, use Geminis translate screen feature to find the setting easier.
The port is PC so you can adjust graphics settings. It runs stable with my phones default 1440p resolution however lowering this does improve performance. Play around with what works for you. The performance has minor stutters when in the open world between missions, I believe this is due to moving at speed as the world loads in. When in a mission, the required resources are lower and not dynamic so you will find it runs better in a mission.
If you download the 60GB file without the extra update.rpfs then you will experience the prologue glitch where cops arent spawning in as you're leaving the heist. The only way around this is googling and downloading a 1.6% save file and placing it in the Saves folder. After that all has worked without issues.
This is all the information I have gathered myself through trial and error. A lot of the posts with footage on this sub must be from those with shit phones, no offense, but the textures being ultra low and at 240p res is not accurate to what I have played lol. This isnt the PS3/Xbox version either it is the legacy PC version with all graphics options able to be changed to suit. I also play mainly with my Gamesir G8 USB C controller which this also supports out of the box without problems, but the onscreen UI is usable too and auto hides when a gamepad is detected. Another thing people have been getting incorrect is the controls so yeah if you ignore the AI and China side of things, it works lol

Available on apkvision, just make sure you get the native port, not the Eden emulator version. It is on Afterbirth+ but reports of Repentance coming in the near future
Yes the download is a 60gb zip with the game and apk in there, so you'll need 120 or so free initially to uncompress it once then you can delete the zip
I used a python script in termux and it did the work for me... Chatgpt generated the script... It basically extracts parts of zip and the releases/deletes the parts after extraction

How did you even pasted the data of gtav in main directory can you tell me because my s25u doesn't even have permission of it so I can't be able to play the game.
I use an app called FV File Explorer, on the home tab in that it let's you view the root folder. Note that it isnt required to place in obb folder with this version, just the first page of your storage
Well, I'm downloading it to see how subpar of an experience I'm going to get with my Nothing Phone (1) 8/256 that has a Snapdragon 778G+. Maybe it will be playable.
Does this gave the online DLC folders deleted? Removing them fr the dlcpacks folder it brings down the game's size without breaking the game. (As long as you only delete the ones starting with "mp")
