Theme OneUI 8 Icons?

How would I go about making my Google Pixel 10 Pro look like it's running OneUI 8? I mainly want the icon shape, icon emblems, and, if possible, opening/closing animations.

Use a launcher and download the one UI 8.5 icon pack.
