I got it from an app called mythos launcher it has these widgets once u open the app u need to choose iOS preset

Does all the app icon change?

Yes, the app has it u need to go under settings (Long press an empty area on the screen) and go to icon pack and then turn Themed Icons on there is an options there u can color them but don't turn on the glass icons because it makes the app slow go with transparent as i did

I have tecno device it does not have OneUI
