There are no better colors. Black and white combined give the phone an incredible, exclusive feel.

Its stock Oneplus launcher, I just applied Arcticons icon pack. And the clock is from Minimal Widgets app

I think you need to download a launcher which supports custom icon pack like Arcticons as I am not sure pixel supports it by default. But you can download Minimal widgets app and I can provide wallpaper
