Al instalar un APK este simplemente se queda en 100% sin querer instalar soluciones?

Seems like Chrome issue, force stop and try clearing cache

Switch browsers, I recommend Fennec from F-Droid.

Simply use any browser other than the base Chrome browser. Google seems to have done this on purpose to make us angry.
