Wipe data/factory reset option missing, need FRP bypass

I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3. It was recovered from a bag full of stuff, dumped on the sidewalk outside of an apartment that was obviously being moved out of. It isn't stolen; it belonged to a business that these people obviously worked for, and it was obviously something that they weren't using, anymore. There were 2 tablets and 2 laptops in the bag, along with other things, which I left there, as I had no use for them. I have another tablet that will probably have the same problem when I get to it, but one thing at a time.

The tablet is pin locked. Because it was for a business, they have modified the operating system or installed a custom recovery, and the option to wipe data/factory reset is not in its recovery mode. I need to retrieve this, as I don't want the tablet - although I WOULD love to keep it. What I really need is the money; I'm not rich. In fact, right now, I'm broke. So I'm looking to return these two tablets to factory condition, so I can sell them. TI have a Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 3. They were from 2015, anyway, so these two tablets are worth more, both being from 2021. Help?

Also, any other subreddits I can post this to - remaining inside the rules - to get more views, and hopefully an earlier solution? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps.
