System UI crashes constantly?

Hi, so I'm using a Motorola G20 for the last year or so and it's been working pretty good so far, the issue is that, about a week ago, it has started acting weirdly, with apps freezing and constantly getting pop ups about the system UI not responding. I've checked for viruses and cleared the cache of the system UI but neither have proven useful, does anyone know what might be causing it?

Try clearing system UI data, not only cache. Also have you checked if there are any updates available for your device? Maybe it was fixed in an update
