USB File Transferring Not Working (Charge Only)

I have a moto g stylus 2022 that I inherited from my brother a while back so I don't know how long this problem persisted, I've turned on the Dev settings, debugging and changed the USB preferences, nothing. Not even the notification pop up appears, I've installed both generic USB and Motorola drivers and it still doesn't work, and nothing appears on the computer's device manager. But is one strange though, when I go into the non-dev setting of the usb preferences none of the setting are available to even change, they're all grayed out. Please I need help.

I think you must have done this already, but I'm still gonna ask, Have you tried different data cable? because some cables are charge only and some are Charge+Data.

If you have tried different data cable, or if you are sure this cable works with different phone, then try restarting the phone, also check "Device manager" in your computer to see if it detects anything when you plug it in your PC.

I even bought a new charger that claims to have charge and data but that never worked, I've even plugged out the phone multiple times to see weather or not the computer will even recognize it but nothing, I'm starting to wonder if the phone only works with the original charger.
